An Open Letter from Frank Coonelly and The Pirates Blueprint

The Pirates sent out some slick documents today. The blueprint drawings each reflect a different aspect of the overhaul of the Pirates organization. In whole, the documents summarize the “significant progress made in building a winning organization.”
