Manny Sanguillen: Best Photo in History; Under Armour Contest

AUTHOR: | IN: Pittsburgh Pirates | COMMENTS: 7 Comments |

The Roberto Clemente Museum left me speechless for a few days. A post will be up as soon as I can quit drooling over all the photos we took.

In the meantime, please add a caption to this incredible picture. Winner gets an Under Armour shirt delivered free to their house. I can’t confirm that Manny will deliver it. But what the hell, it’s free.  Write your caption in the comments, contest ends December 1.

Little know fact - Manny Sanguillen was James Cameron's first choice to play John Conner in the Terminator series, whom James, at the time called "the most incredible action star in the world." Cameron offered Sanguillen the part while he was catching for the Buccos and he turned it down. Sanguillen told James that if he could refine his hitting to the point where he could bat .400 he would agree to star in it. Retiring after the 1980 season with a career .296 Avg never allowed it to happen. Personally I think he would have been great.

"Hey what did you guys do with my pants, its cold in here."

"Alcohol is the first product without any harmful ingredients or stimulants in the market place for healthy body builders who like to relax. I highly recommend the product as it does not stimulate your nervous system and thus when you decide to stop drinking Alcohol, you will hardly experience any withdrawal syndrome." Manny Sanguillen

"I'm the king of the world, King Kong ain't got shit on me!!"

"after this champange is gone I got a Bud tall boy packed away"

"if any one is hungry I got can of Hungry Man beef stew in my shorts"
