Ahhhh, we can always dream. Outside of the CB from Florida (who will probably go top 10) there isn't a top CB for the Steelers to grab in the draft. I don't think FWP would be enough to pull Cromartie away. It seems highly unlikely that the Steelers front office would give up a 1st round pick for him, and that seems to be the only real chip that they could play. Who knows . . . and I agree, he would look great next to Troy and across from Ike.

Cromartie would look really good in Black and Gold. How big would he be back there with Polamalu next year? I like the idea of having Cromartie and Ike Taylor as our corners. Suddenly, this CB thing becomes a non-issue.

I am trying to figure out a reason why Pittsburgh shouldn't make this move, and I can't come up with one. he's a SOLID young CB that has already proven himself.

This would handle an area of need BIG TIME. Rumors keep swirling about Pittsburgh taking possibly a CB in round 1-2, well why not snag a guy that's already established in the league, so we can concentrate on another area of need!
