In honor of the Red Dead Redemption release by Rockstar today, it’s prediction time.

Garrett Jones

is going deep tonight.  You’re familiar with GFJ the partly reformed outlaw in a Pittsburgh Pirates jersey right?   When Phillies ace Doc Hallady threaten his family tonight with that nasty stuff,  Jones is going to launch a ball into the American frontier to help bring the Pirates back home with an air of respectability. He must go deep, he will go deep.

The last time Hallady pitched against the Bucs, Nyjer Morgan fired a shot at him.

Tonight will be no different.

The Bucs are 11-6 when they go deep.

Hittable:  Zach Duke will be on the mound for the Bucs.  Duke has allowed 27 hits in his 16.1 innings pitched this month.  Last time out, he allowed three homers, pitched five innings and threw 87 pitches.  In his previous two starts, he threw 105 and 117 pitches, the furthest he made it was 6.1 innings.
