If it were my call--now thats scary-- I would be concerned about their experience managing players. We were able to observe Banister a few times and when he is on the field, he certainly commands the attention of the players. I can't imagine that he is the Bucs FO first choice, but to me it seems like the job is Banister's to lose right now.
