The 2010 Forbes Travel Guide (formerly Mobil) Five Star Hotels list was released today. There was one new addition in the United States. One. Just One.
As you know, it’s called Nemacolin and it’s a very cool place for Pittsburgh Pirates fans to relax. It’s not far from PNC Park, Washington DC, or wherever it is that you call home. The Frank Lloyd Wright inspired boutique hotel was built near the 18th green of Mystic Rock. A golf course that has left me as frustrated as a Bucco fan in October.
There are just 54 five star hotels. Only 21 restaurants. Nemacolin in Farmington, PA has both. Damn Pirates fans are fortunate. Congratulations to the Hardy family on making their dreams come true.
