If Snyder and Doumit could share time, that would be the best option for the Bucs. We're not going to get much for Doumit, and we're not going to get much salary relief either. He's expensive as a backup catcher, but the money's already spent. We can't give the house back to the bank because we're upside down on it. Doumit was better behind the plate when he wasn’t playing there everyday. If Snyder and Doumit could share time, that would be the best option for the Bucs.

He drove me absolutely nuts last year. Yet still had some games in the second half. I hate seeing him go for nothing in return is my only point. I would hate to fold on Doumit rather than playing the hand for a few months to see if there is any possible way to hit a small pot. What does waiting hurt man? Agree.
