They started the season 14-9. But then went 58-80 the rest of the way out. They killed the Brewers that year. I went to several games at Miller Park. The place was usually as empty as PNC Park in those days and the Brewers were awful. It was fun to see the Pirates constantly beating the Brewers. I actually remember it pretty well.
