Here is Brad Lincoln for those that have been asking.  Neal Huntington mentioned something yesterday to the effect that Lincoln has pitched better than the stat line in some starts and not as good as the stat line in others.  We have a hunch Lincoln won’t be in Pittsburgh unless an injury pops up.

Donnie Veal was assigned to Bradenton yesterday.  God we would love for this to work out for the Pirates and this big left hander. We think highly of his talent. Nobody is talking about Veal, but this is a very positive sign.  If only he could put it together, the Pirates could see a real boost from an unlikely player.
