Nuns visit PNC Park and fire up Zoltan for the Pittsburgh Pirates faithful

Nuns Fire Up Pittsburgh Pirates Zoltan Sign, Minutes Later Chris Young Strikes Out, Gets Tossed

Surrounded by lightning and the juggernaut Arizona Diamondbacks scoring runs at will, the Pittsburgh Pirates got some help from above last night at PNC Park.

A couple minutes after the Zoltan was fired up by this Sister, Chris Young went into full meltdown mode after striking out looking with the bases drunk with Snakes.

Justin Upton was also tossed from the game, although he wasn’t aware of the fact until he had taken the field in the bottom of the eighth inning.  The Pirates held on to win 7-6 thanks to closer Joel Hanrahan striking out the side to raise the Jolly Roger and put the Bucs two-and-a-half games behind the Reds in the NL Central.

Kevin Correia has won his seventh straight decision.  No explanation follows, just #Zoltan
