Stetson Allie has two homers for the West Virginia Power

Remember Stetson Allie, the hard throwing right hander?   Well, now Allie is flexing his DH muscle for the West Virginia Power.  Raul Fortunato is also off to a hot start for the Power.   Tyler Glasnow pitched a gem last night.  Joely Rodriguez piled up some strikeouts in his start, too.

Jacob Stallings is murdering baseballs for the Bradenton Marauders with a 2.067 OPS, thanks to two bombs, two doubles, and two walks in ten at-bats.  Good. God.  So much for the defense first, huh?   RumBunter favorite Robby Rowland walked four in his start, but that’s unlike him.  Five strikeouts from Robert Kilcrease is cool to see.

Look who is atop the batting stats for the Altoona Curve!  Adalberto Santos is picking up right where he left off, and welcome back to Double-A, Andrew Lambo.  Both players have OPS over a G.    Stolmy Pimentel did work in his start.    Jameson Taillon pitched well without his best stuff, as well.  It’s always good to see Brandon Cumpton piling up the punchouts, too.  Tim Alderson with four strikeouts in three innings is a nice surprise.

Phil Irwin is a philthy animal.

Alex Presley had a hot bat over the weekend for the Indianapolis Indians.  But wow, not much offense from the Tribe.   Kyle McPherson was roughed up in his start, but Philthy Phil Irwin picked him up.
