The #MLB13Cutch blitzkrieg twitter campaign was successful for Pittsburgh Pirates star Andrew McCutchen. We think the result will dramatically reduce the misspelling of one of the most talented players in baseball.

In the video posted below by GamerHubTV, McCutchen talks about why he thinks the fans voted him onto the cover of Sony’s new PlayStation 3 and PS Vista baseball game, MLB 13 The Show.

McCutchen also talks about how much he likes to have fun which was evident during the Twitter heavy campaign. In the video, the first-time Gold Glover discusses his own gaming background.

Cutch talks about some of the new elements of the game including the direct to playoff mode and the new practice elements of the game.

When asked how McCutchen feels about how he looks in the game, he had a positive response:

I think it’s pretty good. It looks really good, I like it.

McCutchen was especially impressed with the realism of the game. Cutch mentions that he thought a real baseball game was on when looking at the game in action and calls his player ratings ‘pretty accurate.’

Jim Beam® and ESPN are partners in an exclusive, entertaining web series ESPN The Next Round — Served Up By Jim Beam®. We gotta admit that we had never heard of the show before the Pittsburgh Pirates Andrew McCutchen hopped on a couple days ago.

The show is hosted by ESPN personality and award-winning journalist Scoop Jackson. The show seems pretty cool and there are quite a few back episodes available online. The website says Jim Beam® and ESPN will provide Bourbon fans and sports fans with access to the most exciting table in town.

The Pittsburgh Pirates Andrew McCutchen and Brian Baumgartner talk about the sports they enjoy watching, but don’t want anyone knowing about.

The next question is a really good one and it’s been a hot topic lately. Scoop Jackson asks Andrew McCutchen and Brian Baumgartner which rookie quarterbacks they would take for the future–RG3, Russell Wilson, or Andrew Luck.

The choice McCutchen makes is the one you wouldn’t think. Check…

Scoop, McCutchen and Baumgartner discuss Ray Lewis’ season-ending injury, and debate whether his injury is more significant to his team than Derek Jeter’s.

http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=8517537

But the question we have is very different from the one Scoop Jackson asks the stars on The Next Round. We want to know just what the hell is that in McCutchen’s glass?

Andrew McCutchen is obviously on a hardcore publicity tour through L.A.

He’s been spotted at a Clippers game rocking a Buccos hat.

At the game, Matt Kemp came over pointed at his junk awkardly.

TMZ accidently ‘ran into him’ somewhere in Hollywood.

And now…in that same t-shirt that Cutch was eyed by TMZ, here is the Andrew McCutchen playlist. But the curious thing for my wife was she just couldn’t take her eyes of those wonderous Cutch eyebrows.
