The Pittsburgh Pirates were
able to knock off the Boston Red Sox today 7-5. Kevin Correia had an acceptable outing, but he also contributed some offense for the Bucs with two hits. Maybe all that golf is paying off for the right hander from California.
We hear chatter that LHP Garrett Olson is expected to arrive on the Bradenton dance floor today.
Two things to think about today:
Does Chuck have it wrapped up? The Bucs take on the Astros at 1:05pm today. Charlie Morton gets the start. Evan Meek, Mike Crotta and Chris Leroux are also expected to pitch for Pittsburgh.
As Opening Day approaches, don’t look now but the Chicago Cubs are bleeding runs. Please. Continue.
