Pittsburgh Pirates fans are dying for a baseball fix.

The team starts their mini-camp tomorrow and baseball news will be flowing again albeit the getting in the best shape of my life variety.  In the meantime, we will be watching Quincy Latimore tear up the Australian Baseball League.

The Adelaide Bite are in first place with an 18-12 record and have won three straight games.  The Bite have a stream up of some of the game action. We checked it out last night.   You can find a few the recent games.  In the December 31 game below, Latimore goes 3-for-4.

If you are pressed for time, speed up the video below to the 15:00 minute mark [we have a new video WP system and I am wrestling with posting vids now and it makes me angry.]  Latimore drives a ball to the gap in right center field and is off to the races:

Latimore hasn’t played since being injured on January 6.  He did however get some time in the Adelaide Bite booth.
