The Pittsburgh Pirates
Jameson Taillon is showing up everywhere. MLB.com released their Top 50 Prospects list and guess where the first Pirates high school drafted player in five years showed up? That’s right. Taillon cracked the top twenty.
The list was revealed last evening on the MLB Network by Jonathan Mayo.
The 6’6″ right-hander is expected to play for the West Virginia Power this season. Bryce Harper who checked in at number three on the MLB.com prospect list is expected to begin in Hagerstown. If that is the case, an interesting matchup might come early in the season. If it does, you bet your ass we will be there.
