Pittsburgh Pirates Teenager Luis Heredia Makes His Debut

The Pittsburgh Pirates

had quite a run of talent pitching in the past 24 hours.  Stetson Allie last night and the horse, Luis Heredia, today.

Heredia went 2.2 innings for the GCL Pirates who were facing the GCL Blue Jays.  The big right hander gave up just one hit, walked three and allowed two earned runs.  He was cruising for a while, but to say he even made a start at such a young age is remarkable.
