Can Pittsburgh Pirates Reach .500 Today?

How hard is that to fathom?  By accomplishing the difficult double header sweep today, the Pirates can reach .500.

The offense has been bad.  The pitching has been stellar.  James McDonald and Charlie Morton look to keep the mojo going today for the Bucs.

JMac has given up less than three runs in his three starts.  Morton has started two games and given up four earned.

In the early game, Juan Nicasio will try to bounce back from giving up ten runs in his last two starts.   (Advantage Buccos) Jhoulys Chacin will pitch the second game.  He is coming off a solid start on Friday when he held the Brew Crew to three runs on four hits over seven innings. (With the Bucs staring at .500, it would be great to see this team bust out. We say it happens)

A little bit of Pirates offense today might be enough for the team to reach the unthinkable after facing some of the best pitching MLB has to offer. I really think it happens
