The Boston Red Sox have another pitcher in Andrew Miller that is having a dominant season, ….again. The left-hander is our favorite reliever that is known to be on the trade market. Once Miller goes, Bob Nightengale thinks the market will finally turn into that lightning round that we heard about last night.
The #Redsox are getting swarmed with offers for LHP Andrew Miller, but pricetag remains high. Exec: Once he's dealt, dominos will fall.

As one can imagine after the Red Sox got Yoenis Cespedes, the team seems to be using Miller to add some young talent.
Hearing #redsox are asking for teams' best prospects for Andrew Miller. Might have to drop price to make a deal happen.

If I were Neal Huntington, I would be tempted to stay in the mix on Miller as long as possible. Andrew Miller is a difference maker out of the bullpen. Smaller deals for lesser known relievers could easily be made, but the Pirates need a really solid bullpen arm to allow the team to stop handing back leads after the seventh inning. Miller fits that role and getting the best reliever available would ease the burden on the Pirates shark tank and allow a few more arms to be purged as the stretch runs starts to take off in a few weeks.
The big question is what exactly is it going to take and which team wants it most?
Expect Andrew Miller to be traded. Heavy demand on him, Sox will do well when they finish the day
