In this episode, Jacob and Jason review the very-encouraging results from the Pittsburgh Pirates’ first spring training game, an 8-7 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.  We’ll go in depth on Stolmy Pimentel‘s struggles and Jeong-ho Kang‘s success.  We’ll also touch on Pedro Alvarez and more.  Included in the show is an interview with Jesse Spector, a national baseball writer for The Sporting News.  Please give him a follow on twitter.

Rum Bunter radio, or RB Radio for short, is the second podcast offering from us, to complement Rum Bunter founder Tom Smith’s RumBunter Podcast.   This new podcast will serve as a weekly recap-type of show.  Each week myself, along with one or more of the other Rum Bunter editors and writers, will discuss all things Pittsburgh Pirates, going in depth on recent Rum Bunter pieces as well as breaking down everything about our beloved Buccos.  We will also be conducting interviews with Pittsburgh Pirates figures both large and small.
