Advanced A Bradenton Marauders

The Bradenton Marauders went 3-3 over the course of last week. They dropped Monday’s series finale with the Jupiter Hammerheads. Then, they earned a split in a two-game series with the St. Lucie Mets. They finished the week up by taking two of three from the Fort Myers Miracle.

Florida State League South Division standings:

Charlotte Stone Crabs – 38-18

St. Lucie Mets – 28-28

Jupiter Hammerheads – 27-29

Bradenton Marauders – 26-30

Fort Myers Miracle – 26-30

Palm Beach Cardinals – 26-30

Players that stood out:

Harold Ramirez leads the way with a .410 average. He had seven hits, six RBIs, and five Stolen Bases over the past week.

Austin Meadows had six hits and is now batting .291.

Jacoby Jones had six hits and is now batting .279.

Reese McGuire had seven hits and raised his average to .259.

Cody Dickson, Frank Duncan and Steven Brault lead the way with four wins this season.

Brett McKinney notched his team-leading ninth save of the season.

A look at next week:

The Marauders head to Clearwater to play two games with the Threshers from the North Division. Then, both teams head to Bradenton for two games. The Fort Myers Miracle come to Bradenton for one game, followed by a trip to Fort Myers for one game, and finally both teams return to Bradenton to wrap up the three-game series.
