Signing Neftali Feliz:

Neftali Feliz was another reclamation signing that, so far, has worked out.  Feliz filled the role that Joakim Soria left as the 7th inning guy.  So far he has thrown 10.1 innings this year and has proven to be quite effective posting a 3.48 ERA.

In those 10.1 innings he has struck out 15 batters while only walking three and has a strong 0.87 WHIP.

On the year he has a total of 12 appearances, and has had just two bad outings.  On April 15th and April 24th he gave up two runs each, however those are the only runs he has given up all year.

If Feliz continues to pitch important late game innings he will be more valuable than his 3.9 million dollar contract suggests.
