The Pittsburgh Pirates post-break struggles continued over the weekend

After losing two of three against the Philadelphia Phillies over the weekend, the Pirates are now 2-7 since the break. This includes being 0-3 in series played. This slide has dropped the team to 46-52 overall on the season.
With this slide, the Pirates have gone from the thick of the postseason race to being an after thought. After entering the break both 2.5 games out of first place in the National League Central and the second NL Wild Card spot, the team is now 7.5 games out in the division and 5.5 games out in the wild card race.
