Happy Thanksgiving, Rum Bunter readers! Let’s examing what fans of the Pittsburgh Pirates have to be thankful for this year.

Okay, seriously, we get it. Being a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates is not easy. In the past 23 seasons, the Pirates have made the postseason just three times and have had a winning record just four times.

Trust us, non-Pittsburgh Pirates fans reading this, it sucks!

Rooting for the Pittsburgh Pirates is not easy. In fact, rooting for the Pirates flat out sucks. If anything those of us who willing choose to root for the Pirates should probably receive some sort of an award.

However, as Thanksgiving 2020 rolls around, it is time to focus on reasons to be thankful. Esepcially with how historically awful 2020 has been. If there was ever a Thanksgiving when people need to remember all of the things they have to be thankful for, it’s this one.

With all of that said, let’s focus on things to be thankful for. More specifically, let’s focus on three things to be thankful for when it comes to the Pittsburgh Pirates.
