Bryan Reynolds may be heating up
For much of the season, Bryan Reynolds has struggled. Even though he and the Pirates have insisted he's healthy, there have been plenty of reports from inside the Pirate clubhouse that Reynolds is battling a back issue.
Well, Reynolds may finally be starting to heat up at the plate.
After going 1-for-4 on Tuesday night, Reynolds was 3-for-5 with a run scored on Wednesday afternoon. Reynolds now owns a six-game hitting streak dating back to the end of last week's series in San Diego.
During this six-game stretch, Reynolds is 10-for-30 with a walk, 2 home runs, and he's been hit by a pitch. Hopefully, this is the start of Reynolds starting to heat up at the plate. Getting Reynolds on the track at the plate would go a long way for the Pirate offense for the rest of the season.
